By using the CopperDoodle website and placing an order you agree to the terms below. Please read them before you buy.

Who you are contracting with

This website is owned and operated by Cao Van Quang, a sole proprietor trading as CopperDoodle, at Thon Trung Son, Xa Cam Son, Cam Xuyen District, Ha Tinh Province, Vietnam.

Cao Van Quang is the legal seller and website operator. When you place an order your contract is with him, he is the recipient of your payment, and he is responsible for fulfilling the order, issuing receipts, handling support, replacements, refunds and payment disputes. CopperDoodle is not a marketplace and hosts no third-party sellers.

How your order is fulfilled

CopperDoodle designs its products and does not hold stock. Printing, packing and dispatch are carried out on our behalf by third-party print partners at facilities in the United States, and parcels are delivered by US carriers. Using these partners does not change who you are contracting with: CopperDoodle remains fully responsible to you for the order.

Products

All items are made to order. Slight variations in print placement or colour are a natural part of on-demand production and are not defects. Product photographs and mock-ups are representative; screens vary, so exact shades may differ slightly.

Where we sell

We accept orders for delivery to addresses in the United States only. We may refuse or cancel an order that cannot be delivered, that fails fraud screening, or where a product has been listed at an obviously incorrect price. If we cancel, you are refunded in full.

Pricing, payment and receipts

Prices are listed in USD and exclude sales tax where applicable, which is calculated at checkout. Payment is captured at checkout, since production begins shortly after your order is placed.

Your order confirmation email, issued by CopperDoodle, is your receipt. If you need a separate invoice for an order, email [email protected] and we will issue one. Any refund is issued by CopperDoodle to your original payment method.

Cancellation, returns and refunds

Orders may be cancelled or changed within 12 hours of being placed, before production starts — see our Cancellation Policy. Because items are made to order we do not accept returns for the wrong size or a change of mind. Damaged, misprinted, incorrect and lost orders are replaced free or fully refunded within 30 days of delivery under our Refund & Return Policy and Customer Protection & Buyer Guarantee.

Your account

If you create an account you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us straight away if you think it has been used without your permission.

Acceptable use

You may not use this site to break the law, to interfere with its operation or security, or to scrape, copy or resell its content.

Intellectual property

All designs, images and content on this site belong to CopperDoodle or their respective owners and may not be reproduced, resold or used commercially without written permission. You are of course free to wear and enjoy what you buy. If you believe a listing infringes your rights, see our Intellectual Property & DMCA Policy.

Limitation of liability

CopperDoodle is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including carrier delays, extreme weather and facility outages. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing here removes the mandatory consumer rights you may have under the law of your own country or state.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, where the seller is established, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection rights you have where you live. Any dispute that we cannot resolve between us may be brought before the competent courts of Vietnam.

Before starting any formal dispute, or opening a chargeback with your bank or payment provider, please contact us at [email protected]. We reply within 24 hours and can almost always resolve the problem directly and faster.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the version published on this page at the time you order applies to your order.
