Paying at CopperDoodle should feel simple and safe. Here is exactly how your payment is handled and what protects it.
Who receives your payment
Payments for orders on this site are received by Cao Van Quang, sole proprietor trading as CopperDoodle, the legal seller and website operator. The same party issues your receipt, any refund, and handles any dispute about a charge.

Your card details never touch our servers
CopperDoodle does not see, handle or store your full card number, expiry date or security code. Card data goes straight from your browser to a PCI-DSS compliant payment provider over an encrypted connection.
The whole site — not just the checkout — is served over HTTPS with SSL encryption. Look for the padlock in your browser bar.
When you are charged
Your payment method is authorised the moment you place the order, and the order goes into production shortly after. You will receive an order confirmation by email straight away, which serves as your receipt. If you need a separate invoice, email support@copperdoodle.com and we will issue one.
Failed or declined payments
If a payment is declined, no order is created and no funds leave your account. Any pending authorisation is released by your bank, usually within a few business days. Double-check that your billing address matches the one on your card, then try again or use a different method.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued by CopperDoodle back to the original payment method. Once we issue the refund it typically takes 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank. Full details are in our Refund & Return Policy and Cancellation Policy.
Taxes and duties
Sales tax, where applicable, is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. We ship to United States addresses only and our orders are dispatched from print facilities inside the United States, so no import duties or customs charges apply to your order.
Fraud protection
Orders are screened for fraud before production. If something looks unusual we may contact you to confirm details before shipping — this protects you as much as it protects us. If an order fails screening we cancel it and refund you in full.
Questions about a charge
Charges appear on your statement under the CopperDoodle store name. If you see a charge you do not recognise, please contact us at support@copperdoodle.com before disputing it with your bank — we are the seller of record and can almost always resolve it faster.
