Intellectual Property & DMCA Policy
CopperDoodle is a single-merchant print-on-demand studio. Every design on this site is listed and sold by us — there are no third-party sellers, no seller accounts and no user uploads. We take intellectual property seriously, both our own and everyone else’s, and we act quickly when something is reported to us.
The website operator and legal seller responsible for this policy is Cao Van Quang (sole proprietor, trading as CopperDoodle).
Our designs
The artwork we sell is created by CopperDoodle or commissioned by us from artists we work with. Product photography, page copy and the CopperDoodle name and logo are owned by us or used with permission. You are welcome to wear and enjoy what you buy, but the designs may not be copied, resold or reproduced commercially without written permission.
Where a design draws on any third-party material, we obtain the rights we need before it goes on sale and keep a record of them on file. If you are a rights holder and want to check the basis on which a particular design is sold, write to us and we will respond.
We do not sell infringing products
We do not knowingly list designs that use another party’s trademark, copyrighted character, brand name, logo, song lyric, or a real person’s name or likeness without authorisation. Any listing that turns out to do so is removed from sale.
Reporting an infringement
If you own a copyright or trademark and believe a listing on this site infringes it, tell us and we will review it promptly. Please send a written notice that includes:
- A description of the work or mark you own, and proof of ownership or registration.
- The URL of each product page you are reporting.
- Your name, company, postal address, email and phone number.
- A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them.
- Your physical or electronic signature.

What happens next
We acknowledge complete notices within 24 hours. Where a notice is valid we remove or disable the listing, stop any pending production of that design, inform the artist who created it, and keep a record of the notice and of the action we took.
Disputing a removal
Because we are the only seller on this site, a removal only ever affects our own listings. If you are the artist of a removed design, or a rights holder who believes a listing was removed by mistake or through misidentification, write to us with your contact details, the URLs affected, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed in error, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court. We will review it and forward it to the original complainant where a counter-notice applies.
Repeat infringement
We keep a record of every valid notice we receive. If an artist we commission is the subject of repeated valid infringement notices, we end our working relationship with them and withdraw their designs from sale. We cooperate with rights holders and law enforcement where required.
Good-faith requirement
Knowingly making a false claim of infringement can expose you to liability for damages. Please make sure you actually hold the rights before sending a notice.
